The goal of the North Carolina Cyber Academy (NCCA) School System is to offer parents and guardians access to information regarding student achievement via the district's Parent's Guide to Student Achievement (PGSA).

 

Parents are encouraged to communicate and seek to cooperatively resolve any concerns regarding their student’s education with their student’s individual classroom teachers BEFORE seeking to use the procedures set forth in this policy. Parent concerns raised shall be submitted in writing to the principal using the NCCA Parents' Bill of Rights Concerns & Grievances form.
