At North Carolina Cyber Academy, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used as a supportive tool to enhance online learning by personalizing instruction, providing timely feedback, and reducing routine tasks so teachers can focus more on guiding students. The rapid growth of generative AI is reshaping education and the workforce, making AI literacy essential for preparing students for the future. Our movement with AI relies on collaboration among teachers, administrators, and our AI Team, which meets regularly to review progress and recommend next steps.
